Homemade Ginger Dressing

It wasn't until I looked up make at home Japanese steakhouse ginger dressing that I learned most places sneak sugar and ketchup into their variation! Behold, our healthy take on Ginger salad dressing. This dressing is packed with vegetables and healthy fats.

Makes approximately 2 cups


  • 1/2 cup carrots

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 1/8 yellow onion

  • 2 inches ginger, peeled

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

  • 1/8 cup coconut aminos

  • 1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
