Homemade Ginger Dressing
It wasn't until I looked up make at home Japanese steakhouse ginger dressing that I learned most places sneak sugar and ketchup into their variation! Behold, our healthy take on Ginger salad dressing. This dressing is packed with vegetables and healthy fats.

Makes approximately 2 cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup carrots
1 stalk celery
1/8 yellow onion
2 inches ginger, peeled
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/8 cup coconut aminos
1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
