Creamy Avocado Ranch Dressing

There is nothing I love more than ranch dressing, but store bought ranch usually hides several less than healthy ingredients so I came up with this healthier adaptation when making buffalo chicken salad the other night. I hope you enjoy!

Makes approximately 2 cups


  • 1/2 large avocado, peeled and pitted

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 inch of green onion stalk

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp dill

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar (you can use red or apple cider vinegar here as well)

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (you can use any milk substitute here)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
